Artist's Statement
This drawing evolved almost by itself over many contemplative days.
I have been drawing all my life. Since retiring from museum work, I use drawing as a form of meditation. When La Corona (CV-19) struck I decided to take advantage of the quieter times, due to mandatory self quarantine, to work on a larger scale, as in this drawing.
This was the first of several created over the last 6 months.
