Artist's Statement
"Looking Up" is a small mining town in the mountains. Every year before the BIG game , the KIDS would paint the rocks at the top of LOOKING UP HILL.
At this view the top of the hill resembles a face in profile looking up.
Native Americans called it CHIEF JOSEPH MOUNTAIN. Presented by LOOKING UP CITY COUNCIL
