I've spent many days of 2020 searching for hope, for reassurance, for a light at the end of the tunnel. But, in perhaps equal measure, I have also found myself appreciating the small moments, the glimpses of kindness, of sacrifice, of unity. This piece is meant to highlight and celebrate that perspective - that even in the darkest of times, even in a violent and messy reality, there can be beauty - at least glimpses of it.
